一、特性：

Ø  进口PLC及变频器控制---机械运动由PLC监控,令整机控制系统性能可靠。故障率低，维护操作方便。

Ø  刮覆墨运动---印刷架运动采用线形导轨导向，马达驱动，具有运动快捷平稳、重复精度高的优点。由变频马达驱动的印刷头运动于双线性导轨上，印刷速度和行程可任意调节。

Ø  元器件---所有关键电器元件、气动元件均选用意大利等欧美知名品牌，使整机具有高可靠性、高耐用性、低维护率的优点。           

Ø  固定硬臂---网框的震动降低到最小，保证很高的重复印刷精度。印刷台设有X、Y轴移动与XY平面转动的微调并带自锁装置，对位更加精确快捷。

Ø  适用范围---特别适合中小型面积的薄膜、纸张、胶片、金属、薄板型等各种材质印件之平面印刷。如：仪器仪表标牌、薄膜开关、印刷电路版、面版铭牌、导光板等。

Description:

This equipment series is suitable for printing on all kinds of flatmaterials such as membrane switch, name plate, LCD display, keyboard, instrument panel, glass, ceramic decals, paper etc.

Features:

Ø  The printing carriage is driven by the advanced digital controlled AC motor. Running on the double parallel high precision Linear Motion Guide, stepless speed adjustment to ensure smooth movement.

Ø  The printing table is facilitated with X-Y-Z fine pitch registration adjustment with self locking system as well as vacuum system.

Ø  It is equipped with auto peel-off system, peel-off angle and speed are variable adjustable, guaranteed the printing quality.

Ø    The peel-off adjustment is done through the patented ball screw system with direct scale reading, and self-locking. Quick and easy with precision adjustment is the key feature of the machine.

Ø  It is equipped with the protection safety device, ensured the workers’ safety operation.
