Mechanical Stretching Machine

Ø  用 途：

可用于在钢制或铝制网框上手工伸缩，绷制印刷网面，产品可用于单个或大批量的印刷生产。

Ø  操作原理：

1、可伸缩的网面（即印刷面）是通过特别构造的双重夹钳固定的；

2、转动手柄轮，使插入的网面（印刷面）可以向四个边的方向伸缩，直至达到理想的伸缩度，同时，网框也受到同样强度的压力。

Various printing frame sizes can be handled by the Mechanical Stretching Machine.  Single or multiple printing frames is able to be processed without any additional platform.    Each clamp is smoothly sliding on its respective rail for producing the high tension screen with even stretching force on the entire screen.  User-friendly and easy operation is the key feature of the machine. 

The size of the machine is manufactured against the customers’ requirement.
