Ø 它具有铝合金蜂窝组成的高强度工作台，装有微型调节按钮，因此无须有LOCK装置，调节更加精确方便。 Ø 通过气缸上的压力调节旋钮控制印刷压力，压力更加均匀。 Ø 刮板的驱动采用精密电机和特殊轨道的方式，减小了噪音，用变频器来控制Side Frame的上下移动方式，减小了振动。 Ø 它使用空压方式固定网板，利用操作盘上的旋钮来控制，简化了更换网板的操作。 Ø 利用PLC程序简化了转换印刷方式的操作。 Ø 用双重安全装置强化了操作的安全性。 Ø The working table is very strength by using AL Alloy Honey Comb, it is no need to install extra lock system because of installation of handle of micro head type, and it is very simple and precise to adjust micro size. Ø Printing pressure is adjusted by press control valve of Air cylinder and the pressure is uniform. Ø Precise Motor and special rail is installed for moving of squeegee. Side Frame Up/Down is controlled by inverter, so no vibration and swing. Ø For frame clamping, the one touch type is used by pneumatic, so it is very simple to change the frame. Ø PLC program is used to work this machine and it makes easy to change to various printing method.
