Mechanical Stretching Machine

Ø  用 途：

可用於在鋼制或鋁制網框上手工伸縮，繃制印刷網面，產品可用於單個或大批量的印刷生產。

Ø  操作原理：

1、可伸縮的網面（即印刷面）是通過特別構造的雙重夾鉗固定的；

2、轉動手柄輪，使插入的網面（印刷面）可以向四個邊的方向伸縮，直至達到理想的伸縮度，同時，網框也受到同樣強度的壓力。

Various printing frame sizes can be handled by the Mechanical Stretching Machine.  Single or multiple printing frames is able to be processed without any additional platform.    Each clamp is smoothly sliding on its respective rail for producing the high tension screen with even stretching force on the entire screen.  User-friendly and easy operation is the key feature of the machine. 

The size of the machine is manufactured against the customers’ requirement.
