二、特征  (Characteristics of  Equipment)

此設備是一種普及型半自動印刷機，它具備快速的生產性能和便利的操作性能，而且性價比合理，是目前廣氾被採用的印刷機。

YCK-6080A series are made to work in the various printing areas, so it has been used widely. It has a fast productivity and is very ease to work, the other side the price is very reasonable.

Ø  它具有鋁合金蜂窩組成的高強度工作台，裝有微型調節按鈕，因此無須有LOCK裝置，調節更加精確方便。

Ø  通過氣缸上的壓力調節旋鈕控制印刷壓力，壓力更加均勻。

Ø  刮板的驅動採用精密電機和特殊軌道的方式，減小了噪音，用變頻器來控制Side Frame的上下移動方式，減小了振動。

Ø  它使用空壓方式固定網板，利用操作盤上的旋鈕來控制，簡化了更換網板的操作。

Ø  利用PLC程序簡化了轉換印刷方式的操作。

Ø  用雙重安全裝置強化了操作的安全性。

Ø  The working table is very strength by using AL Alloy Honey Comb, it is no need to install extra lock system because of installation of handle of micro head type, and it is very simple and precise to adjust micro size.

Ø  Printing pressure is adjusted by press control valve of Air cylinder and the pressure is uniform.

Ø  Precise Motor and special rail is installed for moving of squeegee. Side Frame Up/Down is controlled by inverter, so no vibration and swing.

Ø  For frame clamping, the one touch type is used by pneumatic, so it is very simple to change the frame.

Ø  PLC program is used to work this machine and it makes easy to change to various printing method.

Ø  There are double safety systems for worker.
